The board of directors of Team Telecom Armenia has appointed Aram Barseghyan as the company’s chief executive officer. The decision took effect on August 24.
The company said the leadership change reflects the expansion of the Team Group, the diversification of its business lines, the growth of its international presence, and the rollout of new strategic projects. Hayk Yesayan will continue to lead Team Group, focusing on strategic development and the group’s long-term growth.
Team Group brings together more than 15 companies operating in telecommunications, energy, EV charging infrastructure, construction, technology, financial services, e-commerce, logistics, and hospitality. According to Yesayan, the group is already active in four countries and continues to scale rapidly.
Barseghyan has served as deputy CEO of Team Telecom Armenia since the company’s founding and is also a member of its board of directors. He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. The company said he played a key role in building the team, shaping its values, and contributing to the development of Armenia’s telecom market.
Barseghyan said he accepts the role with a strong sense of responsibility and intends to continue developing Team Telecom Armenia together with the team, introducing new technologies, and creating greater value for subscribers, partners, and Armenia’s digital economy.
